Job Code : 01 Design Engineer for Singapore office
Job Responsibilities :
- 3D CAD/ 2D Designing based on customer-provided parameters and/or reverse engineering.
- Determine project specifications by studying product design, customer requirements, and performance standards; completing technical studies; preparing BOM; Stress Analysis for the critical components
- Liaise with sub-contractors on guiding them to ensure project objectives.
- Provide engineering support in resolving production challenges (including quality, on-time delivery, and technical challenges).
- Improving existing designs to be more cost-effective and/or easier for assembly
- Inspect Quality and Dimensions of parts manufactured to meet the required standards and Drawing requirements when required for critical projects
Requirements are as follows:
- Design Engineer with up to 3 years of experience in the mechanical
- Diploma/Degree/Higher Nitec in Mechanical Engineering
- Intuitive in mechanical movement, function and performance. Good perception of 2D & 3D objects
- Have sound knowledge regarding the use of standard components.
- Proficient with Solidworks 2022

- Performs repairs of aircraft leading edges including boot replacement, floor panels and composite repairs
- Ensures safety rules and regulations are complied with always.

Requirements:

Job description :
- Handle Full set of Accounts

Responsibilities:
Store Inspector Functions
- Perform receiving and shipping inspections
- Issue Certificates of Conformance and shipping Invoices
- Maintain the store and store inventory
- Maintain Quality records
- Handle Warranty Claims and discrepancy findings
Logistics Functions:
- Liaise with customers and suppliers to co-ordinate shipments
- Liaise with sister companies to co-ordinate shipments
- Liaise with Logistics providers to develop networks and relationships.
- Keep track and reporting status of receipts / shipments and outstanding orders
- Maintain logistics records for regulatory authority audits
Requirements:

Job Code 06: PRODUCTION SUPERVISOR
Responsibilities:
- Responsible for the day to day production related operations, including task assignment and management of technicians.
- Liaise with subcontractors and review & answer any technical queries they may have
- Analysis and improvement of Engineering drawings of Machining and Fabrication parts such as Fitment tolerances, Material selection.
- Expand subcontractor base locally and overseas
- Ensure updating and maintenance of productions records on software.
- Support QC department when necessary and ensure compliance.
- To develop, evaluate, improve and maintain efficient secondary process workflow.
- Liaising with Planning , Design Engineers and technicians to ensure smooth work flow
Requirements:
- Degree or Diploma in Engineering or equivalent Higher NITEC
- At least 5 years relevant working experience with knowledge in Mechanical Engineering.
- Have a very good understanding of Engineering Drawings.
- It would be advantageous if the candidate has Hands-on Experience of at least 5 years in Machining- Die Sinker EDM , CNC Milling & Turning.
- Working knowledge of ISO9001 requirements in a production environment will be an added advantage
- Familiarity with CAD software, particularly Solidworks and Autocad preferred
- An experienced user of Microsoft Word and Excel
- Knowledge of inspection equipment like Profile projector , CMM and other common measurement devices
- Good communication skills
- Committed, motivated and able to work in a team
